Prices & Payment
Under Australian law all of our product prices include a 10% Goods and Services Tax. Prices are subject to change without notice. However we will not change the prices on an invoice so long as it is paid within 30 days of ordering. All payments are processed offline. We reserve the right not to ship any product or fulfil any service until complete payment is received including shipping and any additional handling or service charges. Prices listed online are valid for a 12 month period from date of publication or until superseded by an updated version including but not limited to; Catalogue, Website, Published and Printed Media.

Warranty & Returns
If the product which you ordered did not arrive as described or in a non-functional manner please contact us immediately via email or telephone as you may return the product to us within 24 Hours for a refund or replacement.

In the event of a return you are responsible for the cost of shipping to us and guarantee its safety and return. If the product is returned to us in a different condition to what the item was dispatched we retain the right to refuse refund or replacement. Please contact us for additional information on our Quality Control policy.

Returns incur a re-stocking fee. Charges are: 20% on Chrome Plated products, and 50% restocking fee on Custom Plated products.

We offer 12 months warranty on Plating, 3 Years warranty on tap ware internals and 5 years warranty on shower internals.

It is recommended that, for your own protection you return products to us via registered mail or registered courier. We will not be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit when being returned from you.

All purchases of in-stock items will ship the next business day after payment is processed and cleared. Due to contractual arrangements with numerous shipping companies we cannot guarantee specific timelines for any delivery.

If you reside outside of Australia you must contact us PRIOR to making an order so we can be sure that we are able to organise shipment to you.

Renaissance Bathrooms takes your personal information very seriously. We have 128-bit SSL encryption to provide security on information you may enter. However, you must remember to take your own measures as we cannot be held liable for any security flaws you may experience on your own systems and servers. Remember to store passwords in a safe place and be alert when connecting from un-secure networks.
